Tutu’s Artisan Cheese is the only artisanal cheese-making establishment in Bangladesh. Tutu Saadullah personally makes hard and soft cheeses from fresh milk. He follows the traditional European cheese-making process. It was a pleasure to talk to him today about his cheese-making passion.
