    Intentions

    Intentions

INTENTIONS- I don't believe in resolutions. They don't work. We can decide everyday... every minute to make a choice or decision that will change our trajectory. It is a super power we all carry inside of us. Many of us just don't know how to unleash it without doubt, guilt, and shame. What intentions would you link to create for you?

Listen to how I reflect, retell, and celebrate the past, while staying present in today.

    Spark Joy

    Spark Joy

In this episode we explore Marie Kondo's method of decluttering but instead we apply it to beliefs, experiences, coping methods, and habits. Allowing yourself to thank the beliefs of the past AND choosing not to include it in the next chapter of your life is a choice.

I help my clients create awareness around their subconscious beliefs that have driven the way the've showed up in their lives AND process all the emotions around it. Once you have awareness, making conscious decisions becomes a lot easier, not necessarily easy. Finally, you get to be intentional about creating joy in your life, the one you worked so hard to create.

Join me on this beautiful journey.

    Gratitude

    Gratitude

We are usually pretty good at showing gratitude to others. But how often do you stop and thank yourself?

It's so easy to skip over appreciating all that you do and create but there are so many benefits to pausing and being grateful.

In this episode, I share all the ways we already care for ourselves but may not acknowledge it.

Start a new habit to vocalize or write down what you're grateful for in a daily basis and see how you experience more positivity in your own life without doing anything new or different..

    The Patriarchy

    The Patriarchy

Double standards exist because of culture, tradition and habit. The patriarchy lives on despite modernization and education. The root cause is expectation by others, expectation of others and the expectations we put on ourselves.

In this episode we will dive deeper into what we can do to create change.

    Doing It Alone

    Doing It Alone

So many times we find ourselves trying to tough and it out and "doing it on our own" because we are so strong, smart and independent. Maybe this idea was helpful at some point or you had no other option but I'm here to tell you that's a choice.

Doing it yourself doesn't get you where you want to go always and more importantly what does it cost you?

Listen to this episode on why we do it and more importantly why it's not helpful or true. Asking for help or choosing you will feel uncomfortable in the beginning but it will get you where you want to go faster and with more ease.

    Celebrate You

    Celebrate You

How do you celebrate you on your special day?

Do you wait for someone to plan it for you?

How do you want to feel on your special days?

October is my birthday month and for the last year I threw myself a 40th birthday bash. Planning ahead of time how you want to spend your day is empowering. It is not shameful, sad or disappointing. You get to decide.
