As a 62 year old woman this podcast is extremely appropriate and targeted for my current life stage. Some of the episodes hit me smack between the eyes, a few aren’t my cup of tea, but all are well researched and presented.

This podcast is excellent! I love listening while I get ready for work as it helps me start my day on a positive and inspirational note. The variety of guests keeps each episode super interesting and the hosts are wonderful. The FiveforLife planner is a helpful tool that we can all use to live happier longer :)
