I just found Brad and Jess and started working on a few of their YouTube workout videos and I love them! Their podcasts are great and straight to the point. I can’t wait to join one of their plans here in the near future. I have 2 toddlers and gained weight with both pregnancies. Before i had my kids I was in the gym almost everyday doing HIIT and lifting weights. I’m ready to get back in and burn some fat. I have lost 30 lbs and still have 50 to go. I think implementing what Brad and Jess teach will get me there. Thank you guys!
