The weather in our area is at that point where it can't decide what it's gonna be – it's nice and sunny during the day, but the nights are freaking cold! No more dropping down to 0, but really, 18 for the day and only 3 for the night? This transition time is the most confusing for the bodies – probably why so many people get sick. Don't forget to keep up on any and all supplements to keep yourself healthy!
