This podcast is simply wonderful! I’ve been listening to them every time I get in the car or have some free moments at home. Every podcast I’m learning something new on this non-toxic living and real food journey. The resources and links from the show notes are invaluable.

Getting back to your values and a sustainable lifestyle

It’s easy to get caught up in things that really don’t matter, everyone does. Finding Kristin on Instagram and listening to this podcast has sparked a little fire in me to get my 12 yro daughter in the kitchen with me cooking, I set down with my her and we made a compromise about what goes in her lunch during the school week and healthier breakfast options ( letting her think she has a little power seriously worked) and really pay attention to what is going in and on my families bodies. It’s all about baby steps but that’s just it, once you start you’re golden from there on. &&& to Kristin forget the trolls on Instagram. If God is for you, who can be against you? ❤️
