Wise words from a wise woman
I just started listening today. I think Christina is incredibly wise, real, and honest. She offers a unique mixture of soulful medicine and dry wit. Listening to her is a treat and a help. Truly a woman who walks the walk of her talk.
Much to think about!
I’ve only just discovered this podcast. But it offers an intellectual style of yoga that feeds me deeply. So much to think about in terms of self study, perspective, outlook and yogic philosophy applied to every day going’s on. It is a lot to digest mentally, but I really needed something like this that I can take time with to slowly take in the lessons offered. These talks help me to recalibrate my internal compass. I’ve been listening to a podcast every 2 days. They help me feel grounded, centered and pointed towards something solid. Like a reset for my soul. I’m so happy these talks are available during such an incredible world event. These podcasts help me feel again connected to my students, peers and teachers during the pandemic. I’ve been a student of Christina Sell since 2010~ Melanie O
