#9 - The importance of SLEEP on your fat loss goals Livin' The Dream

    • Fitness

And today we are going to talk about why you may not be achieving your fat loss goals. Why you may be working out as hard as you possibly can, eating the healthiest you possibly can, but seeing no results or very little return to all your hard efforts. I talk to almost a hundred people every single day coming in and out of our fitness studio, and lots of times I hear very common themes. I’ll talk to the busy business person with a family and minimal down time in their life, who works out very consistently and has their routine down. I’ll talk to the parent of 3 kids, who has a full time job, who does their best to squeeze in a workout a few times a week in order to maintain their health. I’ll talk to the person who is just absolutely frustrated with where their health has declined to after many years of a desk job, trying to eat healthy but always resigning to a few “cheat meals” a week, or processed late night snacks in the home, or constant battles of finding motivation to workout but then having periods of time where they just completely fall off and losing that motivation after not seeing any results. These situations are WAY more common than you can imagine. What if I told you, there was a secret sauce you could use to turbo charge your results… not only with fat loss but increasing overall health, energy, focus, and just crushing what life has to throw at you? Well you probably already know what I’m going to say from reading the title of this podcast, but it is so true… if there is one overlooked aspect to your fat loss goals… it’s most likely your SLEEP.
