#15- Why foot health is so important. The history and evolution of the shoe and our feet‪.‬ Livin' The Dream

In today’s episode will be discussing…
 Why foot health is so important and why I believe you should wear shoes as “minimally” as possible. We live in a world today where people line up for days to grab the newest pair of Jordan’s, and where we have the designer high heel shoes on the red carpet in which experts talk about them in every detail.
We have had our feet stuffed into shoes since the moment we could walk. But is this a good thing? We will then explore how wearing footwear from a time of infancy until the present day, may actually (and spoiler alert), ACTUALLY IS changing our biomechanics and in turn or skeletal structure. We will also look at how footwear designed to help with pain, and physical ailments may in fact be just a cast and/or crutch that could be doing more harm than good in the long term. And of course, we always want to leave you with some tangible action items that will help you move and walk in the right direction, living the most optimal, natural, strong footed dream life you possibly can.
