This is a remarkable podcast, because it tells the story of mental illness from the viewpoint of someone who is afflicted with mental illness. Mike Edward has fought to learn about his disease, and he has developed strategies and insight which have enabled him to live victoriously. His delivery radiates calmness and kindness. This podcast should be of great help, not only for afflicted individuals, but also for those who love and want to understand them. He brings hope and encouragement. Highly recommend!
