This week Clint and I sat down with Liz "Mercury" Anjos. On May 17th, 2021 Liz set a new women’s supported fastest known time of 18:27:07 for the Smokies Challenge Adventure Run, a 70+ mile traverse of the Great Smoky Mountains along the Appalachian Trail, starting at Fontana Dam and ending at Davenport Gap. Liz shares her successful trip with us and we also get a glimpse into what is next for her. Liz is no stranger to the Appalachian Trail or FKT's. She currently is the female record holder for the FKT Northbound supported record on the AT.
