At 21 Liz managed 24 analysts and at 23 she led 300 call center employees. She learned quickly that she had great instincts for leadership and the chaos associated with the problems she faced everyday was not a good fit for her persona. Liz likes order and consistency and that does not describe the environment of a call center. Hear how she overcame the daily frustrations and eventually found her place.
