I was able to earn College Credit from watching this series.

I watched this great series of lectures last year and enjoyed it thoroughly. At the school I recently graduated from they allow you to earn credit for independent learning. I used this course (along with the texts and a very long paper) to earn four credits in Classical Mythology studies. Professor Hughes does a great job of relaying the historical and cultural context behind the myths. His lectures are engaging and entertaining. It's also funny to see references to things from the 1990's like mentioning Winona Ryder as an ideal of classical beauty. LOL. Thanks Professor Hughes, I owe you one!
