I'm a life long Chicago Cubs fan that recently moved to SoCal. The Cubs will always be numero uno in my heart but I needed to pick up a local team to root for. There is NO WAY I could cheer for the Dodgers so the Angels are my new crew. Mike and John do a great job of making follow the Angels fun. Great show! Go Angels!!!
Angels
A great podcast! The two hosts are very energetic and informative while adding in a dash of fun interplay. As Angel fans, they definitely wear their hearts on their sleeves but they will easily criticize what they should be criticizing. I will continue to listen daily!
For fans of the Angels, not MLB
I think these guys are great and appreciate the effort they put in putting out episodes 5 days a week. However some times they say things that just make you realize they’re fans and that’s it, not necessarily knowledgeable about the game or the league as a whole. Saying thing like having a high BABIP is a good thing, saying things like Zach Neto is an all-star when he in reality isn’t even a top 10 shortstop, and focusing way to much on things like “leadership” “attitude”. A great podcast for people who want to hear fans talk about their team, not the podcast to listen to if you’re looking for information and insight.
