Lori Lindsey, Former Pro Soccer Player (USWNT) and Current Soccer Analyst, on Advocacy, Inclusion, and High Performance What You Should've Been Taught

Lori Lindsey is a former pro soccer player, long time member of the US Women's National Soccer Team (USWNT), and current soccer analyst and commentator. Among her many accomplishments, Lori competed with the US Women's National Soccer Team that won silver at the 2011 World Cup in Germany and supported the US's gold medal win at the 2012 Olympics. 

With professional career that spanned an impressive 13 years, she competed professionally across the United States and Australia and is one of only four players to to play in ALL three of the US professional women’s soccer leagues. After retiring from soccer, she transitioned into being a nationally syndicated commentator and analyst for CBS Sports and ESPN. 

In today's interview, we explore her experience as an elite athlete, lessons learned playing professionally across multiple continents, and how her career trajectory led to her becoming a sports analyst. 

As a queer athlete, we also explore her commitment to advocacy and inclusion in sports, as well as mindsets that have helped her along the way. Enjoy!
