Worth some time

I have been listening for awhile to this podcast. Actually recommended to others...however lately I’ve become really disappointed in the bashing of any other program or “diet” industry..claiming they don’t “teach” what they do..which is just not true..many programs use full balance, not just “points, calories, etc.....! Overall good message, just tune out when bashing other programs and the potty mouth. Allot of other good podcasts..jump around! Molly Zemek..same great message without any criticism of other programs.
