Love Su’s advice!

I love Su’s advice. She’s so down to earth and realistic. She gets that most of us aren’t trying to look like fitness models but at the same time we do want to feel great about our bodies. Su’s approach is so body positive and relatable. And her Advice Collum episodes with her mom and daughter are SO funny!

Sensible advice

Susan is so personable, but more importantly she recognizes the reasons why we grab food to soothe ourselves. She helps to create environment that allows us to be in control for our life. She shares advice not just for eating,but also to live smarter. I absolutely recommend this podcast. I have lost a lot of weight and it works.
