The Seasons of Life w/ Dallas Hartwig
Dallas Hartwig is not a guru. At least that’s what his website says. The truth is a little more complicated. The co-founder of the Whole 30 Program, best selling author of 2 prior books (and a hell of another great one on the way!), podcaster, physical therapist, seeker after truth, and genuine individual—he’s as close to a guru as you might hope for. In this podcast Dallas shares intimately and vulnerably about adaptation and change as he has navigated the seasons of his own life. He lays out wisdom and wit exploring nutrition, lifestyle, and being a whole human.
A Glimpse Into Embody w/ Travis Streb & Ryan Lee Sharp

The Masculine Pillar w/ Matthew Ayriss
Matthew Ayriss is a sacred sexuality guide, a shamanic-somatic healer, a transformational life coach—and a genuinely interesting and compassionate guy. He comes onto Lost Man Standing to talk about his latest project called The Masculine Pillar. This is a fascinating talk covering male sexuality, infidelity, tantra, polyamory, masturbation, sexual addiction, the need for masculine deities and myth, female biology, and techniques for conscious living. Don’t miss this. It’s a great listen.
The Rising Man w/ Jeddy Azuma
Several weeks ago I sat down with Jeddy Azuma, friend and founder of the Rising Man Movement and host of the Rising Man Podcast. We talk about the impact that talking to other leaders in the field has had on him as he hosts his show, as well as how men’s circles have changed his life for the better. He shares his vision for manhood today and the way of the conscious warrior. Jeddy is an articulate and compassionate leader in the manosphere and you’ll want to listen in!
Man, Uncivilized with Traver Boehm
Traver Boehm is a barbarian—living half way between The Wild and The Culture at large. He is leading a charge to invite men into balance where they become “dangerous but not a danger.” In this awesome episode Traver, former MMA fighter, acupuncturist, surfer, meditation practitioner, group facilitator, and author, shares his conviction about the need to “heal the masculine” and for men to reclaim their authentic self.

A Voice For Men
I don’t usually write reviews, but the truth is this is a freaking great podcast. He’s hilarious, smart, and has a careless way of littering wisdom grenades everywhere. Seriously so good. I love how this podcast pushes men to some middle space beyond the “pro bro” and the “yoga Mat”. It’s great for coaches, for ordinary dudes, and for folks who want to support them. Really cool find. Keep it up.
One part irony, one part fireside chat, one part locker room talk.
The dance between structure and chaos is what I love about this podcast. There is an overarching theme of masculinity and virtue but without the weight of order, you won’t be suffocated by regimentation. All of these qualities are so relieving in a world that seems to require men to be stoic and immovable. When listening I feel I can finally relax and learn, I can escape from the horrors that surround us and learn what it takes to eviscerate the demons that haunt us all.
Frasier Crane of the Manosphere!
Love this podcast, it is unique in masculinity circles. He adds a scientific and psychological flavor to the discussion of manhood. Well researched, quality content, presented with a silky smooth voice!
