I always look forward to their responses to listener letters because I know they are going to give me one lol. I stumbled across LL&BAS through Twitter. Someone I followed recommended it. I have not regretted the choice to listen. The hosts , AJ & CJ are warm, professional and no nonsense when something needs to be said-they also infuse the show with a sense of fun and joy. Their advice is common sense and realistic. These folks have lived it and are so open and willing to show their love battle scars! You leave the hour of listening with a sense of encouragement and inspiration to live and love your best life!
