I am grateful to Caro for sharing her spiritual guidance through these podcasts which are transformative for mind, body, and soul!

Every podcast is a bit different but they are inspiring and realistic to life’s challenges and hopes. I will say it’s a bit of a mix of outlook (hashkafa) but that’s one of the reasons I enjoy listening.

As it says above in the title of this review, I am not Jewish, but I am on a spiritual journey. What I love about this podcast is that it doesn’t matter what your religious background or beliefs are. To enjoy Caro’s message and upbeat and inspiring tales of growing up French and Jewish, you just have to be human. Stories of growing up in Paris, and traveling the world collecting wisdom and life lessons along the way are worth their weight in gold. Anyone who has lived in Paris, Dubai, New York City and Los Angeles, is worth listening to and learning from in my opinion. I also find Caro’s voice and melodic speech very soothing while I garden or work around the house. She’s not afraid to push boundaries as well, talking on subjects as simple as good healthy cooking, to more controversial subjects of sexuality and intimacy. At the end of it all, you can hear the authenticity in her voice, and how much she loves life, being a Mother, Wife, Entrepreneur, Teacher and Life Coach. Warmly ~ F

Caro’s podcast bring so much wisdom into my space. Her level of compassion and understanding is brought alive through her podcast as if you were sitting in the same room as her. In sharing her knowledge about life coaching one can’t help but feel a deep level of connection with Caro. This is one podcast I am totally hooked on!
