The ONLY SOLUTION For PEACE
Darkness can only attract darkness. Don't give the power over how you feel to the 'enemy'. When you feel heavy or angry, you let them win and you solve nothing. Watching the news creates thoughts of fear and anger. This is the time to pick yourselves up and to understand that in order to attract peace, you must BE peace. Peace is an energy, a vibration, and so is war. What we are, we attract. Clearly, the way we have tried to create peace in the past, hasn't worked. So listen to this short episode, and share it for the greatest number of us to understand where peace actually roots from, and for a true chance at peace in the world. Thank you 🙏

Uplifting podcast
Every podcast is a bit different but they are inspiring and realistic to life’s challenges and hopes. I will say it’s a bit of a mix of outlook (hashkafa) but that’s one of the reasons I enjoy listening.
Non-Jewish and Spiritual
As it says above in the title of this review, I am not Jewish, but I am on a spiritual journey. What I love about this podcast is that it doesn’t matter what your religious background or beliefs are. To enjoy Caro’s message and upbeat and inspiring tales of growing up French and Jewish, you just have to be human. Stories of growing up in Paris, and traveling the world collecting wisdom and life lessons along the way are worth their weight in gold.
Anyone who has lived in Paris, Dubai, New York City and Los Angeles, is worth listening to and learning from in my opinion.
I also find Caro’s voice and melodic speech very soothing while I garden or work around the house. She’s not afraid to push boundaries as well, talking on subjects as simple as good healthy cooking, to more controversial subjects of sexuality and intimacy.
At the end of it all, you can hear the authenticity in her voice, and how much she loves life, being a Mother, Wife, Entrepreneur, Teacher and Life Coach.
