I’ve done two HTMA tests and protocols with Dr. Heather and her team. To sum up my experiences, the results, protocols, and their support truly changed my life. Every episode is full of such helpful information that is broken down so it is easy to understand. I have some autoimmune issues and listening to this podcast has been so helpful in my healing journey! Her mineral guide is so great too!

Love this episode!! So informative and pretty much addressing everything that I keep thinking is just ‘normal’. Isn’t everyone just tired? Or thirsty? Or moody? Or overly hot? Or stressed from work? So it seems this isn’t how we need to function but rather our body actually is depleted and needs something to fix it and we’re just ignoring it! Can’t wait to start addressing these things with simple adrenal cocktails and get my energy levels back up, my sleep is to actually let me feel rested, my mood to be well…not moody!, and everything else just balanced!
