Love yourself healthy is a podcast that aims to positively influence listeners when it comes to the topic of body image, self love and acceptance of ones self. We will also be discussing a range of different health issues tackling them from a completely different perspective - mind, body psychology.Throughout the podcasting journey you will also get to know 'real life' stories from people who have had struggles around the above topics and have positively come out the other side. They will share their struggles and what they did to overcome these. I want this platform to be used as a way to become more educated and open minded about the importance of taking care of and nurturing yourself from within. Such an amazing podcast

I am so happy I stumbled across this podcast. She’s so relatable but also incredibly knowledgeable. Offers great insights into all aspects of health and fitness. If anyone is struggling with an eating disorder, recovery or just needing more information, I highly suggest.

Underlying fatphobic

Love the premise, but after listening to bits of the one where she answers listener questions, she clearly has some underlying fatphobia as she discusses how she is tiny and has no issues on the health front as far as her body looks. Someone who is unable to acknowledge their own thin privilege is not someone I want to take this sort of advice from. She also talks about how mirror work is the way to overcome hating ones body. This is terrible advice for anyone suffering from an ED or body dysmorphia, especially without a professional because it is essentially forced body checking.
