Realistic approach to overall fitness and health!!

In a society filled with unrealistic expectations, Laura’s podcasts are filled with factual information and her own personal experiences. Laura shares so much of her life on her IG page and now she is diving deeper and providing helpful information for all of us trying to live a healthy and happy life!!! From pointing out that it’s not just women but also men who seek a healthy lifestyle to reminding us that even when we loosen the grip on our discipline we are not failing. A lot of us struggle with health and fitness, but we should not have to do it alone or face it with unrealistic expectations and misinformation.
