After receiving an MS in Environmental Engineering from UCLA in 1996, she delved into engineering and quantitative analysis in the consulting, healthcare, and finance sectors and became a financial risk executive. Lucy is a certified Human Potential Coach and Psychological Fitness Specialist who founded GiftedCoaching.Info, bringing two decades of mentoring and coaching experience. A Distinguished Toastmaster, she excels in public speaking, career development, well-being, and financial coaching. She is also a founding member of the San Francisco Chapter of Chief, a private network for women executives. She is also the Author of "Build Resilience".
She cochairs the Albany Asian Pacific Islanders Parent Engagement Group, while advising Catalyst Youth Network, a nonprofit organization that empowers underserved Oakland youth.
