    A Love Poem - by Tishani Doshi

    Tishani Doshi (born Madras, India, 1975) was awarded the 2006 Forward Poetry Prize for her first collection of poetry, Countries of the Body. Doshi was raised in Chennai and lived in the US and UK before moving to Venice with her husband, the Italian writer Carlo Pizzati. She now lives on a beach in Tamil Nadu.

    Stefan Merrill Block (born Plano, US, 1982) is the author of Oliver Loving (published in Italy by Neri Pozza and a finalist for the Premio von Rezzori, Florence, 3-6 June), which is being developed for TV. Since 2008, Stefan has spent part of each year writing in Europe, most often in Italy.

    Richard Mason (born Johannesburg, South Africa, 1978) is the son of anti-Apartheid activists who brought him to the UK when he was aged ten. His first novel, The Drowning People (1999 published by Einaudi in Italy), sold more than a million copies in over 20 countries.
