You can stop overthinking with self-talk that rewires your brain for clarity, confidence, and calm. If I’m unsure, I quickly write down three reasons why it is important — or why it isn’t. I trust myself to choose what’s best and move on without overthinking. I spend my energy where it matters. I devote the right time and consideration to what matters most, and I take decisive action. I don’t waste precious time on the insignificant.
