Our guest today is Maral Behnam-Garcia, Director of Brand Protection & Intellectual Property at Wish. When Maral was a young girl she wanted to become Ben Matlock, from the hit TV show Matlock. For a long time, our guest was determined to become the greatest criminal defense attorney. Once Maral got into Law School she realized she should follow another path. Maral first learned about IP through an internship at a cool tech brand. After that our guest decided to get her MBA, and soon enough landed a job at Wish.
