Got me started on morning exercise

The key thing I took away was a little exercise is still better than no exercise. I didn’t exercise in the morning for years because I have a lot of other things to do. Now I just exercise for 15 min ( more if I have time) and I feel good about it. It usually takes me a Ling time to wake up in the morning. Now I put on this show and listen to them talking as I’m waking up. Morning becomes more enjoyable.
