JenAliM ,

Shifted my perspective, raised my awareness!

I’m amazed at how much junk and pseudo science I have swallowed over my lifetime that I never stopped to question, even when it felt questionable.
Great info, charming hosts that genuinely like and respect each other, and at least a few guffaws every episode!
Thanks guys!

Compassionate and Funny

This podcast is so helpful for unraveling all the myths we believe about our bodies and our health. The rapport between the hosts is genuine and that makes the podcast even more of a joy to listen to. This is a charming and soothing listen that is full of information that will make you want to take a deeper look at how you perceive yourself and why you feel the way you do. I wish it was weekly because I really look forward to every new episode.

Literally offers no useful information.

What is the point of dusting off old diet books and saying they are stupid? Who cares. Of course they are stupid.
