Things That Make You Go "Retch!" - also known as the California Legislative session where they kill good bills and dream up all manner of laws that are the ANTITHESIS of what good normal people would want. Your representatives at work. This episode I take a tiny bite out of this year's progress in Sacramento - more bills to be discussed in the coming weeks - and then for the second half of the show I host Jan Soule of the Silicon Valley Association of Conservative Republicans. Jan is a breath of fresh air and determined to get good people elected to school boards in Silicon Valley. So we try to balance the RETCH with the good!

Say No To The Nasty.....this episode of Mama Bears Radio I speak with Informed Parents of California president, Larry Pegram. Parents - did you know you can OPT OUT of the harmful curriculum and programs at your school like sex ed, invasive and suggestive "health" surveys, unprofessional school "counseling" services and such? IP-CA has a comprehensive letter for you to deliver to your school that protects your child from the Nasty, aka California agendized government "education." The resources for parents do not stop there; I encourage everyone to check out Informed Parents of California - they started in the heart of Silicon Valley and are growing across the state. You all know I love a good story of people taking matters into their own claws :)  and it's a joy to surf the rising tide of Californians saying NO to the danger and decline of our state. 

Name, Blame & Shame Them......This episode we "out" a local Ethics teacher who happens to be a DEI specialist....we play audio, captured by her intrepid students, of her berating her class for misbehaving because they are "Privileged White Boys." These people need to be named, blamed and shamed, and I'm hoping that listeners call the school to express their displeasure at taxpayer dollars being used for this garbage. Also, my guest, Kris Hurst of Wake The Bear Radio, and I toss about a few other sickening trends such as young adult assisted suicide (the next social contagion is my guess) and how a local city council adopted a "Child's Bill Of Rights." 

Musings of a MAGA Mama Bear....that's the flavor for today's episode. With all the daily strife I can't help but get a little misty eyed about what it all means, and look to orient my thoughts towards a positive light. We take a cue from Jordan Peterson's book 12 Rules For Life, and I wax on a bit about the RFKJr VP announcement from this week. Also, for some funny-not-funny, comedy/tragedy relief, we have Santa Cruz judges getting DEI and gender pronoun training courtesy of your taxpayer dollars.  

Sick And Depraved People.... roam the planet! This episode of Mama Bears Radio we take a quick foray into our favorite pol, Gavin Newsom, and his, oh, shall we call it, election interference efforts to get Prop 1 to SQUEAK by in California. They can't wait to spend our money on themselves some more. PLUS we talk WPATH - basically the WHO of transgender maniacs who admit on camera that they can't get informed consent out of 13 year olds but who mutilate them anyways. Yikes. And last we cover school "Mental Health Surveys"... the sick and depraved in government education who apparently want all our kiddos to strongly consider suicide. 

PSYCHO-therapy! Today I finally get to delve into Abigail Shrier's crazy-important new book (so glad for these accomplished people that can research and write books) Bad Therapy: Why The Kids Aren't Growing Up. This of course is one of my favorite topics.... what we have collectively done to our rising generation and how do we fortify them enough so that they can even handle the running of our nation when the time comes? I'm all for saving America as we know it, and I'm working towards that every day, but we need a sane and capable generation to hand it down to. Today I have Amanda Mai, a local Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Hypnotherapist to help me unpack all the ways that parents, schools and bad therapy have set up our kids for an uphill climb.
