    S4E19 Steve Wiens

Steve Wiens is an author, pastor and overall top bloke who helps people take their faith as seriously as their doubt. His most recent book Shining Like The Sun focuses on practices to rekindle faith. I so appreciate Steve's emphasis on reconstruction in a world of deconstruction and on this episode he gives so many helpful thoughts for doubters who are genuinely hungry for an encounter with God.

    S4E18 - Sam Allberry

    S4E18 - Sam Allberry

Sam Allberry first came to my attention when he spoke at the Church of England General Synod about his experience as a clergy who is same sex attracted. In that brief speech, I discovered a nuanced, caring, thoughtful man whose work is profoundly personal and profoundly impacted by the Gospel. On this episode we have a LGBTQ conversation and Sam also lets us in on his inner world and how the Gospel brings freedom in his life. A poignant episode on so many levels.

Some of our most powerful Gospel leaders are those who have been the most transformed. It was an honour, in this Aussie season, to learn from Christine and, like all my guests, she beautifully navigated the Gauntlett!
