Kathrine Dudtschak is a c-suite business leader, corporate board director, advisor, and community builder. She has held one of Canada’s most senior financial services executive roles, as CEO across 19 countries and
recognized across Canada for her leadership and impact by many organizations.

Kathrine affirmed her gender in 2019, coming out as
Katherine in front of 80,000 colleagues, many employees of the division she was leading.  

As one of the speakers at the SHE Conference 2024, SHE and I are delighted to share a very warm and personal
conversation with Katie, yet full of tangible business content while at the SHE conference in Oslo where she also shared valuable insight on stage.

Stephen Omollo, was him self once a child refugee, now CEO for Plan International, having held previous leadership roles within the humanitarian and development sector. We have had the honour of hearing him on
the main stage at the SHE Conference 2024 in Oslo.

With a PhD in Political Science, a Master’s in Management and a Master’s in Practicing Management as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and an MIT Sloan Certification in Digital Business Strategy, Mr Omollo could have chosen any high level corporate career. His path has been nothing but astonishing.

SHE Confernce 2024 and I are honoured to have this conversation, where we speak about hope, values and leadership and foremost his passion to keep up the pressure of securing children’s rights and gender equality, particularly for girls.

Dr Laura Penn is an author, podcast host and founder of ⁠The Leadership Speaking School⁠.  

With a Ph.D. in biodiversity management, specialising in conservation biology Dr. Penn has worked actively in the field with her research. As an accomplished performing artist in theatre and dance, this combination leadto understanding the importance of “promoting conservation through effective public speaking”. 

As one of the keynote speakers at the SHE Conference 2024, we discuss transforming leaders into authentic communicators of the Digital Age, understanding the importance of cultural intelligence and that leaders can influence their bottom-lines and cultures by unleashing their full potential as communicators. It’s difficult not to take notice of her voice and her impact.

Ife Obasa – is a Law Student at the University
of Southampton and an aspiring solicitor passionate about helping the next generation of aspiring solicitors as well as running her own company. Ife Obasa was recognised as a Top 150 UK Future Leader in 2022 by the Powerlist Magazine.

We and we are lucky to have had Ife as speaker at the SHE Conference in Oslo sharing her thoughts on impacting influential spaces and recharacterize the face of
young decision-makers.

Globale Sandefjord (GS) er et samarbeid mellom Sandefjord kommune, Sandefjord Næringsforening, NAV, næringslivet og frivilligheten. Det er nettopp det tverrfaglige og tverretatlige samarbeidet som gjør denne satsningen så unik.

⁠Faten Lubani, leder for GS har en Master i utviklingsarbeid og internasjonale relasjoner fra Ålbord. Ikke bare besitter hun faglig kompetanse, men arbeidet hun gjør er dypt forankeret i hennes personlige historie. Det bidra til en unik tilnærming til målet om å skape en kultur som favner mangfold og bidrar til et varmere samfunn både i Sandefjord og utover kommunegrensene. Det er nettopp essensen i mangfold og inkludering som er en del av suksessen.


Faten deler suksessen bak GS, hva de gjør annerledes, hvordan de nådde et "hårete" mål om å få 1000 med flerkulturell bakgrunn i arbeid i 2023, og hvordan Jotun har vært en viktig samarbeidspartner og rollemodell i næringslivet.

Jeg opplever en leder som er utradisjonell, men med kjærlighet for det tradisjonelle, om respekt for ulikheter og en optimist om fremtiden. Det trenger vi!
