    In this episode I wanted to share some of the best ways I've found to release trapped emotions. Releasing trapped emotions is crucial for multiple dimensions of our well-being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Here's a concise exploration of its importance:


    Physical Health: Emotions, especially negative ones, have been linked to various health issues when suppressed. Chronic tension, migraines, digestive disorders, and even more serious conditions like heart diseases can arise from unresolved emotions. When we release these emotions, our body's innate capacity to heal itself can function optimally, reducing the risk of illness.


    Emotional Well-being: Emotions that remain trapped often lead to recurring emotional pain, anxiety, and depression. By releasing them, we can break free from the cycles of anguish that keep us tethered to past traumas. This process paves the way for more positive emotions to flourish, elevating our overall mood and quality of life.

Finally a podcast that really gets what it means to be a man

Wow from the first episode, I’m like Simon gets it. He gets my challenges and my places of getting stuck. And I love the mind map visual to support the podcast. This is my new go to podcast for becoming a better man, but while being a man, and not having to give up healthy masculinity.

I liked this podcast for a few reasons. First I enjoyed the listen because it wasn’t overwhelmingly long. Some podcasts take up too much time to listen to, and it’s nice that this is something you can quickly hear when you wake up or when you need to step away from work for a few minutes. Secondly, I enjoyed the background music, it made me feel very calm and safe. Finally I enjoyed the content of the podcast, everyone needs a reminder every now and then and the validation was nice to hear. The one thing that I thought could have been better was the audio blending. I think that the music was just a smidge too loud and is overpowering the speaking portion of the audio, a simple fix but definitely something to note. All in all, a great listen! Would recommend!
