Weekly Training: Expanding Your Masculine Edge

Weekly Training: Expanding Your Masculine Edge

You engage, I respond! A recent post about meeting your edge generated a ton of responses both publicly and in my DMs, so I wanted to elaborate. Whether you call it the masculine, the yang, or something else, there’s a part of us that always craves moving towards our edge: our mental, physical, or spiritual limits. Meeting it with conscious practices can help expand us, but suppressing or avoiding it pushes it into the shadow, which can lead you away from what you really want. So listen in to hear more about the edge, why it’s important, how I meet it, and what you can do to meet yours. Share your takeaways with me on Insta @mantalks, and share with one person you feel could benefit!

Anonymous Guest Session - Special Episode

Anonymous Guest Session - Special Episode

Now and then, I feature an anonymous session with someone I’ve never worked with before. This was a powerful one, and it’s a unique opportunity for you to listen to some real-time shadow work. I guide them through and into their shadow so they can get at what’s keeping them stuck or sabotaged. We go deep into my guest’s history with infidelity, relationships, living in the shadow of a sibling, and family dynamics. If this episode resonates with you, let me know, and share it with someone you feel could benefit!

Weekly Training: What Is The Shadow?

Weekly Training: What Is The Shadow?

Today, I’m going to dive into shadow work. This is one of my favorite things to talk about, and you’ll hear me outline what the shadow archetype is, what shadow work is, and I’m also going to sprinkle in why shadow work is so valuable. I fundamentally believe everyone should do shadow work at some point, and I’ve seen the results firsthand.

There are many different access points to shadow work, but I’m going to talk mostly from the perspective of Carl Jung, the creator of the shadow archetype. Let me know your thoughts. Leave a review of this ep or tag me on Instagram!

Thinking Out Loud: The Soul of American Culture Is Dying

Thinking Out Loud: The Soul of American Culture Is Dying

Today we're going to be talking about some current events. So this little segment, it's just called Thinking Out Loud. And it's just going to be me thinking out loud about some of the current events that are happening right now. I've had a lot of people reaching out to me asking what do I think about some of  the current events that are happening in terms of the rioting and the feds picking people up out of Portland and wanting me to comment on police reform and a lot of the cultural topics. I sat with this and wanted to come at this, not from the place of talking about any one issue in specific, but more about looking at the umbrella or the larger picture of what's actually happening that's leading to all of these systemic failures within North American culture.

On point!!!

I have listened to a few of these episodes. The one that has been particularly helpless is the where he explains how to apologize to a woman. My fiancé and myself were going through tough time. I apologized step by step and we have come through to the other side! Thank you so much for the insights. You and David D’angelo are the big brothers and mentors that men looking to grow and develop, really need! Thanks once again.

A pathway to freedom

Connor has helped me in more ways than one. I am so appreciative of his insight, wisdom, and honesty during my process of growth. The first time I heard him was on Instagram and I was intrigued. He has taught me the importance of showing up for myself and what that can look like. He has provided me with a better understanding of what could be going on with my partner when he is reactive. I am a woman, a mother, a clinical social worker and on a journey of self exploration and growth and I strongly believe that I found Connor at the right time in my life. Thank you for everything Connor.
