    Dealing with career journey disappointments

    What do you do when you feel like you're fumbling your way through your career? We all experience disappointment in work, but it hits harder when you're taking initiative, planning a pivot, or just trying to grow, especially if you feel like you're getting mixed signals from those above you. If you're multi-passionate like me, you're probably sensitive to criticism and your own self-doubt or past experiences compound that negative self-talk. Today I talk about a recent disappointing experience at my work, how I'm overcoming it, how I'm using it to motivate me in my career pivot. And I'm also gonna talk about my career journey and how I got to where I am today, because sometimes looking back can help us figure out where we want to go next.
