Life changing!!

I love this pod cast! The variety of topics is impressive. There truly is something for everyone. I’ve shared so many with friends. I have had my eyes opened and my relationship changed because of it. The two biggest episodes for me have been defensiveness in a relationship and criticism in a relationship. Anyone in a relationship should listen to those two for sure!! I’ve listened to them multiple times and referenced them to other couples as well. I’ve learned so much about myself and people in general listening to this show. My mind and eyes have been opened. I look forward to what’s to come.

Good Listening & Practical Advice

Great coverage of the subjects and I always have a few practical suggestions to put into practice by the end of the episode. It’s not a substitute for professional help, but they are doing a good job of normalizing the idea of mental health checkups and/or seeking help.
