Wish there were more stories

Dear creators!
I’m a big fan. I’m a ‘middle of the pack 43yr old male runner. I’ve been running races for 2 years now, and I’m working up to my first marathon.

I WISH YOU HAD MORE SHOWS!!!

My 2 cents:
I think all cheaters should be exposed and DQed. If you have solid evidence (and Derek has mentioned he does), they deserve it. How often in life to cheaters and liars get away with it.

I enjoy some community aspects of running, but racing has become a highly bloated affair. I wish that racing was taken more seriously, or that race directors would stop ignoring race ‘cheaters’. I know they are after entry fees, but I think races should be tossing out and banning ANYONE caught cheating. I can see that you find it a bit cruel to unleash the irascible wrath of the social media mob upon someone, where the punishment doesn’t match the crime, over a running race. It has merit. There needs to be a check here.

In my opinion, if you are a liar and a cheat in a race, you are probably a liar and a cheat in the world, taking the spot of someone more deserving in other life-departments than just running. Why not out everyone you find cheating? This is a cruel world where cheaters win all the time. Why all the mommy coddling these days? How about some justice? These races are becoming too bloated with braggarts and ‘influencers’.

Fascinating

This podcast combines my love for running with my love of investigating/ all things criminal justice. It grabs my attention from the start and holds it all the way through!

awesome show

Interesting and much needed for those of us who think cheating at races is for losers and want to see them go away.
