Author, lawyer and nationally recognized entrepreneur/social entrepreneur and L3C guru Marc Lane spoke in Dallas on June 30, 2011, about how to decide whether to become a for-profit or a not-for-profit organization. Lane also discussed the emerging L3C model, and discussed the latest developments around this new organizational model for the social sector.
