Marijuana is legal in my state, can I use it as a CDL Driver?

Answer is: The long answer is no, you cannot use marijuana. CDL driver FMCSA is federally mandated as are the laws of a CDL driver. The law States that you are not able to use marijuana, even if medical marijuana in any way, shape or form as a CDL driver.
