Dr. Mark Vermillion, chair of the WLAL program and Bobby Berry, coordinator of the WLAL applied learning experiences talk about the advantages of a flexible degree plan that helps students develop leadership and soft skills needed to be successful in industry and educational settings.

eLeadership Certificate

www.wichita.edu/eleadership Leadership is a process involving learning and helping others. The “e” in eLeadership stands for both ‘electronic’ and ‘everyone’. We believe that leaders lead, whether that is face-to-face or through a remote workforce. And, all leaders need resources so they can better themselves. Our eLeadership program provides short, quick, and easy-to-apply tools for the leader of the modern workforce. Joining us is Dr. Mike Ross, the coordinator of our eLeadership certificate. He provides insight into why the eLeadership certificate will give you the right tools for your leadership development.
