thought provoking and strangely addicting

I like listening to MAPS because it's not the same ol' same ol'. If you're looking for the latest & greatest about how to get the most from your facebook page & social media you won't find it here (except if getting the most out of it means to stop wasting time with it). Instead, you'll hear from two guys in the trenches that know how to make money and (amazingly!) they're willing to share their secrets with you. What you do with all the information that's thrown at you is completely up to you. That's the best thing about being in real estate - you get out of it what you put into it. So glean what you can from these two unique personalities, then go make it happen in your business.
