Get Strong with Mark!

Mark makes strength training simple and accessible for women at any level of fitness. He doesn’t over complicate things and teaches you how to make strength training a part of even the busiest life. I love that episodes are short and cover a specific topic, which makes them easily digestible and a quick listen when driving or going for a walk.
