I love this podcast! The episodes are about 10-ish minutes which makes it super easy to listen to a whole episode and not feel overwhelmed. This is a great staring place if you’ve never been to couples counseling or are just starting. Tami gives us great advice and small exercises to help your communication with your partner. I can’t wait for more episodes!
