Great listen

Fun couple who articulate their reasoning and debate over a childfree life very well! I’d love it if the could also interview childfree couples from different walks of life as well (older, different careers, etc.)

So relatable

My husband and I have come to the same conclusion to live a child free existence. So many of the sentiments in this podcast are relatable to what we are going through. Plus they are so human and not trying to dictate how to live out this life choice.

Splendid

I feel so relieved to have found this podcast. Like Chris and Bev, I once felt strongly that I wanted children, but now I don’t and support has been hard to find. People without kids were spoken of in hushed tones in my house growing up, and I never saw examples of childfree lifestyles growing up. I’ve felt so defective, and it’s been such a comfort to hear from people with some of my own concerns. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and in addition to fear about post-partem depression and how children would exacerbate my symptoms, I don’t want to inflict these struggles on my children. And I also love beer!! Thank you Chris and Bev, for your openness and for showing me that my husband and I are not alone.
