Practical suggestions & fun to listen to

I sure wish this podcast and "The Mind Diet" were around 10 years ago when I was struggling with terrifying cognitive impairment and worried about the possibility of Alzheimer's. It turned out that my issue was a case of severe Reactive Hypoglycemia. This diet would have been good for that problem as well.

One of my favorite episodes so far. Lots of fun ideas for smoothies, very validating and yay plant based focus. But the best part might be Mary's Alexa imitation. LOL
