Season 7 of MASKast begins with Jason and Wyatt reviewing M.A.S.K. episode #61 "Treasure of the Nazca Plain." The plot for this episode features M.A.S.K. attempting to foil a plot by V.E.N.O.M. to steal a prehistoric South American treasure. We break the ice with a look back at the Pound Puppies animated series from 1986. Then in our "Get Your M.A.S.K. On" segment, we feature Scott Crawford's MASK Comics Blogspot YouTube channel. Then we'll get into our episode review which includes our play-by-play commentary with audio clips mixed in from the actual episode. Jason and & Wyatt take a minute to reflect on "Season 6" of MASKast and our reviews of episodes 51-60. We discuss our ratings for each individual episode and also compare statistics to the previous 10-Episode Seasons of the podcast. We also reflect on our favorite moments, least favorite moments, and special episodes during the stretch. Finally, we preview "Season 7" which will be a short stretch covering episodes 61-65 before we then dive into the racing series episodes of the M.A.S.K. animated series. The plot for this episode features V.E.N.O.M. learning of the location of Cleopatra's lost ship of gold. Mayhem uses a special substance to turn the surrounding waters to jelly which allow Bruno Shepard's Stinger to transverse and dig up the ship. it's up to M.A.S.K. to foil the plan. We break the ice with a quick look back at Mighty Man and Yukk from 1979. Then in our "Get Your M.A.S.K. On" segment, we talk about the passing of Brendan McKane and a couple recent acquisitions in Jason's collection. The landowner then buys the land real cheap to restore later with an advanced hydration machine. It's up to M.A.S.K. to infiltrate the plan and stop them.
