I just listen to a whole half an hour of your podcast about the insomnia and I got rain access and you did not give one concrete Tim on what actually work for you, that is very upsetting. You should know I’m on the content that you are hoping to play in a free podcast format, I understand you want to become profitable Dan and probably a gene clients as a consultant, but I don’t think it’s fair to listen to a Half an hour podcast and not have you actually share any concrete tips want diet or supplements that work
