The Sweet Life!

Dr. Brian keeps up with the latest on blood suger issues more than any doctor I know. He’s also a kind and generous person adn really cares about making a difference!

Very Informative

I am in my early 30s, a mom of 2, and I maintain a healthy weight. I have watched my calorie intake for most of my adult life, but I think that this method has caused me to eat too many carbs and not enough fat. I have always been a “quantity” eater. For the past 10 years, my yearly labs have shown elevated A1C levels. My mom is suffering from complications of type 2 diabetes. I know that I will be walking the same path if I don’t take steps now to improve my health. I’ve listened to several podcasts on diabetes and nutrition, but I have found that Dr. Mowll’s is the most informative and easy to listen to. After listening, I feel armed with tools and a sense of hope. I hope that Dr. Mowll will keep producing wonderful episodes! Thank you!
