Ep147- You need to be held Accountable

Ep147- You need to be held Accountable

Do you think you are more accountable to someone else or yourself? Most are more accountable to other people than we are to ourselves. If this is true then use it to improve your business and hire a coach. Someone who has been where you want to go and done the things you want to do. A quality coach will give your structure, goals, action plans and hope, not hype.
I sought out a coach who gave me all of these things and helped me to help my business grow. I was impressed with his skill, system and passion. His mission and vision lined up perfectly with those of the podcast. “Helping fitness business owners learn the key drivers to move their business and lives forward” so I’m proud to announce I am joining forces with Dan and Elite coaching. We are not Gurus, but fitness business owners helping other fitness business owners.
You’ll get a chance to get to know Dan on this episode as he shares his insights on the business of fitness and what it takes for yours to succeed.

Ep146-What does mindfulness have to do with success?

What does mindfulness have to do with success? Are you busy or productive? How do you get clarity on what you want out of your life and the ability to start moving in that direction?
These are some of the questions that mindfulness can give you answers to, according to Ken Kladouris.
Ken Kladouris is an esteemed wealth advisor, course creator and published author who believes you should be living your life, by design. Ken has allowed the men and women he is proud to serve the ability to infuse more life into their years here and now – not just in retirement.
Ken’s course “Stillness To Success,” and his book, “Get There!”, were developed as tools that help individuals discover the clarity they need to design their future. Peeling back the layers, they feature no-nonsense, actionable steps that are proven to position individuals on their desired path. This thoughtful resource was compiled following Ken’s own awakening. Keep it up

I’ve been listening to this podcast for 4 months now. I’m a chiropractor getting ready to open a personal training studio in order to give more value to my patients. It’s scary, but listening g to Jim and his guests keeps me motivated as well as gives me great information. I can’t recommend this enough to current or aspiring gym owners. Jim, I’m in Kirkwood, MO not far from you. I’d love to take you out to lunch or coffee some day and see your operation.

Usable real world knowledge

I listen to every masters in fitness business podcast numerous times. As newer small studio owner this knowledge and the experiences that are shared are invaluable. There are so many fears and questions that I have as I look to grow to help more people. Jim and his guests touch on so many of them and give me confidence as l continue to change more lives. It is not easy but this podcast helps layout tons of scenarios of studio and gym owners successes and mistakes. Keep up the great work JIM
