    Practicing Gratitude and Appreciation is the easiest and most beneficial thing I believe we can do for our lives, it takes only a few moments and can help us feel better for the whole day! 

    What I did here is create a meditation that integrates many of the benefits physically, emotionally and overall to guide you right into a blissful experience while also learning more about the benefits that can inspire you to practice appreciation more often and more deeply.

    Hi Everybody, 

    It has been known for millennia, "As Above, So Below", "On Earth as it is in Heaven." "As a person is in their heart so are they." and so on. 

    Of course, having nothing to do with religion at all. However, now science has realized what is meant by this in the Subconscious mind, 

    where at least 90% of our deepest patterns reside. As we are deep in our Subconscious Mind so is our lives. Growth, Change and Evolution is an inside job.

This podcast pinged me first!

I wasn't fond of podcasts. Came across the podcast when one of my friends referred it. I am not sure how this show pulls this off, but they consistently get great guests. I used to listen to the solo episodes as I know Matt from his kindle days, and I loved some meditation styles. Now I listen every week. And realized I didn't leave a review. So here is the reward.

This is EXACTLY what I needed...

Matt fired me. Yes, emotional awareness is the most important matter. But it only weighs when you are consistently doing the correct things. The value that hit me severely. Such a simple thought that we often overlook. Being emotional with the wrong objects is actually the problem with most of us.
